Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education officially approved that Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Shizhen College recruit and train international students. This is another breakthrough in the process of education internationalization since our school was awarded the joint qualification of the China (Ministry of Education) Service Center for Overseas Study, Jiahua Shida International Education and Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Shizhen College for International Study Abroad Courses (Applied) on January 8, 2024. All along, our school has been adapting to the needs of The Times, taking the initiative to create two platforms of "going out" and "bringing in". Through the introduction of foreign high-quality education resources, our school has cooperated in holding Chinese-foreign cooperative education projects, benchpointing international education and teaching standards, and constantly improving the overall level of our school. The approval of the international student recruitment and training qualification is an affirmation of our school's achievements in international education, and is also an incentive and expectation for the future development of our school. As a medical undergraduate college, Guizhou University of Chinese Medicine takes the initiative to face the countries along the "Belt and Road", continuously accelerate and expand the opening up of medical education, comprehensively deepen reform, improve top-level design, strengthen international training, actively participate in the construction of a community of human destiny with positive and pragmatic measures, and play the "trilogy" of internationalization journey. Find a way to open up the medical education to the outside world in line with the characteristics of Guizhou University of Chinese Medicine Shizhen College, and gradually improve the internationalization level of the school.
